The home was perfect for our use during our 5-day stay! The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. The kitchen had all of the gadgets you needed. The house is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The only drawback was the game room door to the outside was not sealed well and bugs were getting in, but the very attentive and responsive property manager (Lynn) got someone out there to spray and we had no problems there after. We will certainly look for the availability of this home the next time we are on the coast visiting.
Our rental experience was beyond amazing. Although we had an initial hiccup, it was resolved without hesitation. The home was well furnished, beds were comfortable, hot water was hot, water pressure amazing, game room inviting to the kids. This is a family friendly home. The neighbors were friendly as well. All shopping and beach within close proximity. If we were to visit again, this house would be at the top of my list. Host was even proactive and informed us of the current work that was accomplished before we arrived which was helpful.
